Tajudin A. Mal is a visionary humanitarian, committed to fostering peace and prosperity in the world. Born in Afghanistan, Tajudin’s life journey has been marked by resilience, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to serving those in need. Fleeing his native country in 1980 during the Russian invasion and its puppet communist government, Tajudin faced perilous encounters while assisting Afghan freedom fighters and refugees in Pakistan. These experiences fueled his determination to make a difference and alleviate the suffering of his people.
In 1988, Tajudin found a new home in the United States, where he embraced the role of a bridge between cultures. Working as a medical researcher, he harnessed the support of a diverse community, united by a shared passion for humanity’s welfare. In 1998, Tajudin founded Humanity International for Peace & Prosperity Inc. (HIPP), a registered 501(C)(3) Non-Profit-Non-Governmental Organization. HIPP’s mission is to serve those in need and nurture socially and environmentally conscious future leaders. Under Tajudin’s guidance, HIPP has implemented transformative projects focusing on education, women’s services, peace-building, democracy, and human rights improvements in both the United States and Afghanistan. Tajudin’s leadership has been characterized by unity and inclusivity, with HIPP’s Board of Directors comprising both Afghans and Americans collaborating for positive impact.
Today, Tajudin’s vision of a world where love and understanding conquer hatred and division, where every person is treated with dignity and respect, continues to guide his efforts. Tajudin A. Shamsuddin Amin, serving as the coordinator for humanitarian and development projects, is a distinguished professional with expertise in security studies, regional studies, development, education, politics, and election. He holds two MA degrees in Security Studies and Regional Studies, reflecting his academic brilliance and practical experience.
Throughout his career, Shamsuddin has been devoted to driving positive change through impactful development initiatives. His extensive experience in the development sector has made a lasting impact on individuals and communities, with a focus on education and empowering marginalized populations.
